If you have a file with single-quotes in its name inside a zip archive, and you use TC's Shift+F6 to replace the single-quotes with double-quotes it lets you do it. It changes it in the zip file. But the file list will still show the file as having single-quotes. But then it is impossible to rename the file at all.
As I learned now windows does not event allow you to use " in file names. But it seems that zip archives are ok with it.
I dont even know what I want as fix, right now I'm stuck with a file name in a zip that I can rename at all anymore.

Yes, TC automatically replaces some characters which are forbidden on Windows by underscores or (in your case) single quotes. Otherwise it would not be possible to extract them.
