Feature request: sticky names of tabs

Is it possible to make tabs name sticky: when renaming a tab, the new name should not change back to directory name when current directory of the tab is changed.

It is currently possible only if the tab itself is locked.

Making Tab names sticky is planned, but currently the isn't remembered, so if I implemented it with the current setup, the name would be lost when going to a directory with the same name as given to the tab. Therefore this will need some more work (too many changes to be added to TC 6.02).
