Minor UI problem when removing CD

There is a minor refreshing problem when removing a CD/DVD disk. Steps to reproduce:

1) display some CD subdirectory (not the root directory!) in left panel,
2) display HDD contents in right panel,
3) start deleting some large folder from HDD - "Deleting" dialog appears,
4) during deleting, remove the CD disk - in the header of the left panel "C:\*.*" appears, but panel contents are NOT being refreshed,
5) when deleting operation finishes, panel contents still show CD subdirectory: files are unreadable, pressing at ".." moves the user to the "My computer" contents.

So please refresh panel contents simultaneously with the panel header.

Fully fixed now (tested with TC 9.0 beta3 32-bit).
