If I change the font size in TC with dialogs happen this.

This also was in versions before 8.5 but it might be fixed in 8.5

This is by design - resizing the windows according to the font size would look very ugly with some narrow fonts.

Instead, you can keep the small font size and use the
OverrideDpi=120
option in wincmd.ini. Try values up to 200. I plan to add this to the configuration dialog, but there are still some scaling problems in some locations (e.g. the nag screen), so it's not there yet.

OverrideDpi=120 has no effect in TC 8.5 with me :(
