Seems, the new command was forgotten to be added into totalcmd.inc. Try to add it manually:
cm_SearchStandalone=545;Search in separate process

It works when language is set to German.
Note that WCMD_DEU.MNU uses the 545 number directly and not cm_SearchStandalone.

This does fix the cm_SearchStandalone command for me, but not the menu command when using the internal English language.
