+[8.50b1] passworded rar files: file handles are not closed

I noticed a bug in the latest beta where file handles are kept open when dealing with passworded rar files:

When entering a wrong password in the dialog the file handle to the rar file is kept, and the file cannot be deleted.
In fact, every time TC tries to access the rar file using the cached password, another file handle is opened and never closed.

I tried this with single and multi volume rar4 archives, but this is probably unrelated to the version.

I didn't get any similar reports for newer beta versions, so I'm moving this to "Fixed bugs" now.
