+[8.50pb1] VerifyCopy can't be paused in background

- Copy a single file (a large one > 2GB) with "VerifyCopy=1"
- Put the Copy progress window into [Background].
- during the first 50% the copy process can be paused

after the copy process reached 50%, the verifications phase of the copy process can not be paused in background window.
Even if the button says [Start] the progress bar and percentage is still growing.

- restore the copy process into [Foreground]
--> Verification phase of the copy process can be paused again.

Windows 7 x64, TC850 pb1 x86/x64

01.09.13 Fixed: F5 copy with verify: Could not pause verify step when copying in the background (32/64)

Fix confirmed with TC850 Beta2.
