-FTP download from list cannot be paused / cancelled

TC 8.50B2 x32 (but also TC 8.01) on WinXP

If you have a (long) list file where each URL gives an error 404 (or similar) you cannot pause / stop the background transfer manager.

Steps to reproduce.
* Create a text file with n lines where each line points to an inaccessable URL like: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/sh/a/b/0.JPG
* Start background transfer manager by: FTP download from list and choose this text file
* Start download -> There is no chance to pause

Confirmed. I can sometimes cancel or pause by very frequent tapping on the corresponding button, but it is very hard to achieve.

Sorry, only active transfers can be paused, no 404 because no actual transfer has started.

I see. Maybe the Pause button should be disabled then as long as there is no active transfer.
