Solved [8.50b1] Duplicate and non-working hotkeys

In 32 bit version the hotkeys for strings 5168 and 5196 are duplicated (internal English lng).

In 32 and 64 bit version the hotkeys for strings 1534 and 2006 are duplicated (internal English lng).

The hotkeys for strings 7603 and 7604 does not work, both with internal English lng and with external lng (for example wcmd_deu.lng).

String 5613 in wcmd_deu.lng has two hotkeys.

Copy dialog in branch view:

Overwrite/Delete read only/hidden/system
Keep relative paths (relative to current directory)

Both strings still use r as hotkey.

You can use for example: Keep relative paths (relative to current directory)
