It may be reproduced with clean INI.
Works correctly:
1. Put some different files into test folder.
2. Copy some file in this folder with another name (duplicate one).
3. Alt+F7, Advanced, Find duplicate files, check same plugin fields and uncheck others.
4. Enter pattern [=tc.size].
5. Start search. TC finds our duplicate correctly.
Works incorrectly (internal field):
1-3. Same as above.
4. Enter pattern [=tc.size.bytes].
5. Start search. TC finds all files.
Works incorrectly (external plugin):
0. Install plugin LotsOfHashes.wdx.
1-3. Same as above.
4. Enter pattern [=lotsofhashes.MD5].
5. Start search. TC finds all files again.
If you create custom column set with all mentioned fields, you'll see that all values are different (excent our duplicate).

That's indeed very odd - it worked with all the fields I tried, but tc.size.bytes indeed fails. I will check it.
