+F5 first copy...ask at the end - does not ask first
When I try to copy several files to a folder, where some files with same name already exists, TC does not first copy the other files and then ask.
And there is no option in the Copy/Delete preferences to activate that feature.

Only possible with .ini modificaton
It seems to be possible only by ini modification
[Configuration]
SkippedFileCopy=1
But would be fine if the user had an option in the copy dialog
as well in the dialog when the first error was found.

TC asks first if there is a dialog within the first half second after starting the operation. Otherwise it asks at the end. I have set this so low to make it easier to test this new feature. I will probably increase this to something like 5 seconds in a later beta.

I have tested this great new behavior a few days now and it works great so far. However - there is one thing that really feels strange.
The problem with the current behavior for me is that you can never be sure that you can walk away from the computer if a dialog has been displayed within the first five seconds. It seems so unpredictable - although it might be. When I answered the first question how do I know it's the last one (before the questions at the end?
For me it would be absolutely okay if all questions would be asked at the end.

There shouldn't be any more questions before the one at the end. If you get one, can you tell me what it is, please?

In this case, the 5 second rules applies, because the collosion occurs already on the first file.

The idea is that when there is a question directly at the beginning, e.g. because ALL the copied files already exist in the target, then it wouldn't make much sense to try to copy them all (and get an error for all) if we could instead just ask the user first.
The "ask later" option was made so you could go away after the copying is well under way.
