+[8.50b2] Minimizing hides systray icon
I am not sure if this bug has been reported before.
I have seen some topics but they do not describe this issue in beta 2.
My environment:
Win XP SP3 32Bit
I have enabled the option:
"Move icon to system tray when minimized"
Steps:
1) Copy a huge folder
2) while copying press minimize button in copy dialog. The main window and the copy dialog dissappear to systray
3) Click on systray icon. Both windows will appear again
4) Click on minimize button in copy dialog again.
observed:
Now the main window is hidden and copy dialog is still visible AND there is NO systray icon!
Clicking on the minimize button of the still visible copy dialog doesn't do anything now...
Thanks,
Ferhat

This has most probably the same cause as this bug report. Unfortunately, Ghisler couldn't reproduce it, yet.

@ghisler
I have tried it now on a second machine Win8 x64 with both TC x32 and TC x64.
Just to be sure that it has nothing to do with specific user settings
I have renamed my existing wincmd.ini
Steps:
1) Start TC
2) copy a large file / folder
3) click on minimize inside the copy dialog. This time the windows is minimized to taskbar
4) click on the TC icon in the taskbar to restore TC
5) click on minimize inside the copy dialog again.
observed:
The main window is minimized. The copy dialog is still visible.
Clicking again on minimize doesn't do anything.

Yes, I assumed that the problem was 64-bit only because the thread title said so, therefore I didn't add the fix to the 32-bit version yet.

I did some code comparisons between the last version where the drive buttons didn't react and the first where they react, and I finally found the reason! I had added some code to bring the dialog to the foreground because it appeared behind the main window for some users. There was a small error in this code. So beta 4 should behave again like TC 8.01. Thanks for all your help!
