With the actual Beta 3 (and maybe with Beta 2) a silent installation is not more possible. The normal Installation dialogue is visible. With the Beta 1 it runs correctly. The inf file is not changed from me.
Is there a change in the Installation Process or it is a Bug?

That should definitely work - maybe you didn't edit both inf files? There are two in the combined installer, one for 32-bit systems, and one for 64-bit systems.
