+TC 8.5 Beta 3 background copy dialog - weird number

Post by *Csimbi »

Howdy,
I'm not sure whether it's a bug, so I thought I'd ask.
Here's a sample of the dialog, I marked a label with red:

I'm not sure what that number is, but based on the number and the slash before it, I think it should be the total number of files.
Is that correct?
If yes, then I am here to report that the number is not correct: I am moving 18 files, each of which are in a directory of their own; the calculation is wrong.
Thanks!

Noticed the same today, it's caused by AlwaysCopyInBackground=1

Confirmed, thanks for the hint with AlwaysCopyInBackground=1! The problem was that the total number of files was sent to the dialog while it wasn't displayed yet.

I am here to confirm that it works correctly now in beta4.
I noticed that all sub-directories are also included in the count (not only files). Is that intentional?
Thank you!
