+TC 8.50 b2 x32 can't start on Win NT 4.0 SP1

Indeed the crash fix is currently disabled - it will be re-enabled in the next beta.

TC 8.50 beta 4 32-bit successfully launches under Windows NT 4 (tested with NT 4 and NT 4 SP6), and also patch for VirtualPC works properly (tested with a debugger).

So the problem is fully fixed.
