-Time for built archive

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

-Time for built archive

Post by *eugensyl »

I have packed with internal zip and the date of archive is the date of directory or the date of newest file archived.

Often I prefer to set current date and time for the archive.
Can we set this option somewhere?

It is not a malfunction but I think it's a must checkbox:
[x] Make archive with current date & time
My Best Wishes,

Eugen

There is already an option for this: Options > Packer > Zip Packer > Set ZIP to newest file date. This option is disabled by default so your archive's timestamp will be set to current date/time by default.
