-[8.50ß5 x64] copy in background-foreground wrong place

I'm not sure if its a bug.

I copy anything, but move the copy window to anywhere (so, the copy window now is not in the center) and press background. The copy goes background. Now, if I press foreground, the copy window is not goes to the place I moved, but to center again.

This is intentional - the copy progress dialog is always shown in the same location, centered on the TC main window (this was also the case before "Foreground" was added, e.g. when you start a new operation).
