+[8.50b4] Weired looking search dialog

First of all, this could be a sideeffect of this Bug Fix.

1. I load a presaved search from the ctrl+d menu. (search files with age 1hour)
2. Press enter to search. > OK
3. Do 1. again.
4. Looks like this screenshot (The black block is done by me)
5. Look at the results, it from an other directory, not from the search path!

(I have windows 8 (x64) and using TC 32bit)

EDIT:
I done some research of this, and found out, that the search result on the
screenshot is shown, are results from a searches hours ago.
If I normalize/maximize the search window, it shows the current search
content right. Looks like an old GFX Buffer is shown until a size change
in the search window applied.
