+[8.50b4] *duplicate* CRC Creation dialog not centered

Compared to 8.01, and as far I remember 8.50b3 too,
does center the CRC creation dialog on the screen/TC window.
The beta 4 position is in the top left corner.

I guess it is the same report as MVV's one.

yep, it's seems a duplicate bug report.
As i begin to write, i'll double check the problem,
so I take to long to press the send button.
