Packing fails with dirs more than 2 levels deep

Post by *ctiberg »

OK.. Here goes.. Say that I've got the following items to pack:

dir1 (dir)
file1indir1
dir2 (dir)
dir2file1
dir2file2
dir3 (dir)
fileinmaindir
....

Then only dir1, file1indir1, dir3 and fileinmaindir is included - dir2 and all it's files are left out...

This goes for all packing on that computer, even with our own plugins... So it seems that TC 6.02 on that particular machine doesn't even see the dires when packing... Copying is fine, everything is included then...

This has happened once in the past too (several years ago, like -99), on another machine entirely, and that time it cost me some serious trouble :(

Does anyone know what's happened?
Best regards,

Hmm, it certainly doesn't happen here, 6.0 on W2K... I guess you don't know how to reproduce this, right? And it also would be insulting to ask what packer and what options you used and what files you did select, right? Because apart from that... no idea.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
