That's so marginal that I will not change it, sorry. The dialog really just fits on the minimum supported screen size (640x480), so I don't want to make it larger.

But there is some unused space between the four buttons on the right side available. Even if dialog is shrinked to smallest width this space is empty. So I suggest to move appropriate controls to the right by few pixels only. Also the four buttons Left, Equal, Not equal, Right could be ordered to a 2x2 square to save horizontal space.

What I missed is an option "Ignore size" like it is considered for the duplicate search. If there would be such an option the dialog layout needs to be changed though. Do you think such an option is usefull?

This space is needed for the FTP options (only shown when one side is an FTP connection).

I see, never used FTP sync before. But if I change dialog size to 640x480px buttons still do not fit. Image: http://tbeu.de/forum/syncftp.jpg

What about the 2x2 layout and the "Ignore size" option?
