In "Pack files" dialog (Alt+F5), the last checkbox ("Encrypt") overlaps with a new checkbox "Leave out base directory when packing folders" - tested with themes off with Windows Vista.
To reproduce:
- press Alt+F5,
- press Tab at least once, so Windows Vista (and newer?) will start drawing focus frames,
- check "Encrypt" checkbox - its focus frame is partially invisible now.

I can pretty much confirm that on the 32bit version of Total Commander on Windows 8.1.
Also if you press Alt+F5 instead of clicking clicking the button on the toolbar step two is optional. You can click straight away on the checkbox. 64bit version works just fine.
