'Overwrite confirmation' in Synchronize dialog - suggestions

Hallo.
Checkbox "Confirm overwrites" is always checked if I open Synchronize dialog in Synchronize directories window, and I always have to uncheck it manually, because I never need Overwrite confirmation.
My suggestion is to add option in Configuration dialog or in wincmd.ini for default state of this checkbox or (even better) to make the dialog remember the current state (checked/unchecked).

The SyncConfirmOverwrite parameter has been available for 7 years since TC 9.0b1
