+[8.50ß7] Select duplicates: 'newest' deselection is strange

Post by *Flint »

1. Create an empty directory and place 3 empty files there with names, e.g., file1, file2, file3.
2. Set their modification timestamps to the following:
file1 — 4.11.2003 04:00:00
file2 — 4.11.2003 02:00:00
file3 — 4.11.2003 00:00:00
3. Perform duplicate search by size (all these files are empty, so they all will be found); send the list into the file panel.
4. Press Num+, check the "Leave at least one file in each group unselected" checkbox, leave the default selectors (Newest, Newest, First in group). Press Apply.
5. The file3 will be unselected, though it is the oldest file of them, not the newest one, and not even the first in the group.

Confirmed, thanks! It seems that "newest" and "oldest" are reversed...
