[ignore] [8.50ß7-64bit] Find in Files, alt-t ...

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[ignore] [8.50ß7-64bit] Find in Files, alt-t ...

8.50ß7-64bit - Windows 8.1
When you are in Find in Files (Alt-F7) you should be able to jump to/toggle the 'Find text' using the default hotkey alt-t, instead it shows a menu with just 'cancel' in it.

Edit: see post below

Not confirmed using TC 8.5b7
Alt-T toggles the find text as requested.

Not confirmed either. Maybe a third party skripting tool is causing this?

Just to be sure I uninstalled TC, both 8 & 8.5, did a fresh 8 install, had the same issue. I then made sure not scripting tools or other programs where running, it seems that a clipboard manager I was using isn't working properly under Win8.1 as alt-t seems to be a shortcut in one of the menu options - as I don't use that shortcut in the clipboard manager it didn't ring a bell.

Disabling the clipboard manager resolved the problem, sorry for the false alarm. You can move or delete this thread (edited title to ignore already)

Thanks for your feedback! It would be great if you could report the problem to the writer of the clipboard manager.
