-[8.50ß9] Issues in "compare by content"-dialog

Env: Win XP SP3 32Bit

While using the comparison function of TC I have encountered following inconsistencies compared to other dialogs e.g. copy, delete etc. :

1) Why is it not possible to minimize TC while comparing files?

2) Canceling or Closing dialog shows only a message box with an "OK button". I cannot decide like in other dialogs

3) Why is there no Background<->Foreground button?

1-3) This is simply not implemented. For example, 3 cannot be done now because the initial comparison is done in the foreground thread. I would have to move it all to a backgroud thread. It's a bit late now to add this to TC 8.5 because threading is usually attracting a lot of new bugs.
