First, the log you pasted cannot be from the video, because TC doesn't log copy+paste (which are handled by the Explorer).
Second, according to the log, you tried to delete "C:\data". This was skipped because it's not empty. This seems to be the reason why both folders were deleted.
Third, could you please try the same with the latest beta? I made quite a few changes since beta 5.

No, i delete the directory "video" as soon as i got there through clipboard to insert files into the directory "audio". This log file registered somehow wildly.
The directory "data" i deleted it myself, but he has already deleted the TC itself.
I installed TCb7 and tried it with a clean file wincmd.ini. Then i proceeded in the same way as in the video. I could no problem.
Then i edited the file wincmd.ini and enrolled him to the configuration IconOverlays=1. I repeated the same process.
Here is the video: http://www.ulozto.net/xcwVnNjS/tc8-50b7-error-avi
This version of the TC, for the first time does not want to delete the directory already. When deleting again. On the video to see it. To the log file the first delete failed to record anything.
No error messages, i didn't register.

OK, I seem to understand now what is happening in your case: Something seems to UNCHECK the selected folder and place the cursor on [..] updir just after the confirmation dialog was shown, but before the files were deleted. Therefore TC tried to delete [..] instead of the selected folder. So far I couldn't find out how this can be possible, but I have added a block to skip the [..] updir. Can you try again with beta 8? It should just not delete anything when the error happens.

Even TC 8.50b8 does exactly the same thing as i wrote recently. Directory does not delete the first time.
The main thing is that no one should have their data came.
It is also good that IconOverlays is not activated automatically during the installation program.
Log file already entered creating directories.
PS: I do not know why i have this problem just me. If i have installed a brand new operating system on the new guts and test it there as well.

Yes, as I wrote, TC will skip [..] if it is selected (which seems to happen in your case). This means that when the selection is lost, nothing will be deleted. Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce the problem yet, so I couldn't create a better fix yet. It's illogical that the selection is lost there...

Can you try again with beta 9 now, please? It _should_ no longer skip the file now, but I cannot guarantee it because I cannot reproduce the error.

Beta 9 is already fixed. In the tests already everything works just like when IconOverlays=0.
I tested it on a 32 bit clean install 2 times, and 1 times for 64 bit.
Good job.
PS: For sure, i downloaded again the b8 and tested. There I saw the problem immediately.
