This bug appeared again.

Win7 x64 + TC8.5B11 x32 & x64

Only followings are checked in Configuration>Options>Refresh :
1. item (Refresh when files are created ...)
2. item (Also when size, date...)

Checked in Win7 x64 with TC8.5B12 x32 & x64.
Confirm that it is fixed.
