+Missing keyboard shortcuts

There are some missing keyboard shortcuts (I checked the English version, but other languages also seem to suffer from this):

- Alt+F7 -> "Office xml (docx, xlsx, odt etc)+EPUB" [additional note: there should be a dot after etc],
- Files -> Create Checksum File(s) -> "Create separate checksum files for each file",
- Files -> Encode File -> no keyboard shortcuts at all,
- when downloading a file from FTP server, after pressing F5: "Download later (add to download list)".

Missing shortcuts in Polish version:
- when downloading a file from FTP server, after pressing F5: "Ściąganie w tle (oddzielny wątek)",
- when downloading a file from FTP server, after pressing F5: "Ściągnij później (dodaj do listy do ściągnięcia)",
- when uploading a file to FTP server, after pressing F5: "Zamień nazwy plików na małe litery".

There is also a conflict in shortcuts in Polish version: Alt+F7 -> first tab ("Ogólne") - "ANSI charset (Windows)" and "Unicode" have the same keyboard shortcut "c".

Some options don't have shortcuts because there are no free shortcuts available in the dialog, or because they can be reached with Tab easily.

OK, I have added some of these to the English translation. Unfortunately I have lost contact to my Polish translator.

For English version it's much better now. There is one missing shortcut left:
- when downloading a file from FTP server, after pressing F5: "Download later (add to download list)".

It's a third checkbox, it's neither easily reachable by pressing Tab, nor by Shift+Tab...
