drag & drop not working when tooltip displayed

When I move the mouse over a file with truncated name a tooltip is displayed with the full name. Then when I drag the file I can't drop it on another application's window. I can drop it only within the TC window.

Could it be that the other application is running elevated ("As administrator")?

This has been fixed in TC 8.50 beta 13 (64-bit only).
