Silly bug on ftp resume

Hello,

I noticed silly bug on ftp resume, where incorrectly calculate progress. It always 100%.

How to reproduce:
1. Find the movie for download.
2. Put this download to the ftplist.txt
3. Start download.
4. Exit from TotalCmd
5. Run TotalCmd
6. Start download from "FTP download from the list"
7. Resume download and you will see incorrect progress bar information

That's all folks.

Indeed in this case the file size is only available when the FTP server reports the correct size directly before the download (after the RETR command). Not all servers do this, though.
