+[TC8.50b10] FTP autoreupload little problem

Hello I have found strange ftp behaviour.

Windows XP 32bit, Total 8.50b10 32bit

1. log-on to your server
2. open one file to edit (F4) (for ex. xyz 150b, chmod 604)
3. close window (you don't need to edit just open & close w/w any change)
4. now open the same file to view (F3)
after you open this file to view file gonna automatic re-upload with the same content & new date... (even after a few minutes reconnect)

If I'm not wrong this is probably not a bug but this is related with new (good! :]) auto re-upload file function after modification to server, but after this every time when you only view this file, file gonna re-upload content with new date (sometimes it's problematic)

Confirmed, thanks! The file was downloaded by mistake to the directory used for external viewers/editors, instead of the old "_tc" subdir. Lister cannot currently use the new auto-upload scheme.

Bug confirmed using TC8.50b10 32bit.
Tested OK using TC8.50rc2 32bit.
