Inconsistant drag and drop behaviour to buttons bar.

Dragging with shift+left mouse key doesn't behave the same way as dragging with left+right mouse key (moving), when dragging to buttons in the button bar.

1. Make a button for a folder by dragging the folder to the button bar.
2. Select a file and drag it to the new button holding down both left and right mouse key and release the left key when over the new button - the file is moved to the folder as expected.
3. Now, select another file and drag it to the new button while holding down the shift key - when releasing the left mouse key, a button pointing to the file is made in the button bar - not expected!

This is by design - it's the only way to insert a button between two others when there is no space between the buttons!
