Hm, okay I can live with "MatView". Also wcx file name "5mat" is not best choice.

Hi, i have MCR 2013b in my computer, and i have tried to install MATLAB MAT-file Viewer 1.6.11.0. After installing, it's saying that could not load mat file! is there any add on i need to install? i'm new here, thanks!

If it is not a 32/64 bit issue then check if "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\MATLAB\MATLAB Compiler Runtime\v82\bin\win32" or "%ProgramW6432%\MATLAB\MATLAB Compiler Runtime\v82\bin\win64" is on your path.

ya, %ProgramFiles(x86)%\MATLAB\MATLAB Compiler Runtime\v82\bin\win32 is on my path, but when i open mat file, it still showing could not load mat file!

Try to put it first in path. It is working for me, see debug output
