-Properties behaviour of folders inside archives

Issuing the "properties" command either by context menu or by pressing the approriate key combination on folders inside any type of archive work as just using the first menu item or having enter pressed to access the subfolders of the archive.
I am using 8.51 beta 1 x64, and only noticed this now.

Is this supposed to be like that as opposed to have statistics shown like in case of files of the archive?

This is by design - it's only supported for files because folders are often not stored in archives at all.
