?ISO1.7.9plugin+TC8.5+.ISO files = explorer.exe crash

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

my os is win7 Home pre
use ISO1.7.9 plugin, TC can open ISO files.
but when unpacking files from ISO file (such as boot.wim in WinPE ISO), the Win7 explorer.exe crash
it has been repeated multiple times.
is this a bug?

Use the Total7zip plugin.
This does this without problems.

Where can I find this Windows PE ISO? Is it in MSDN? If yes, what's the exact name? I have an MSDN operating systems subscription.
