Help \ USB connection to other PC: give disconnect shortcut

The TC Help for USB connection to other PC could mention the disconnect shortcut, Ctrl+Shift+F.

I prefer to use the keyboard, and I make and break the USB connection frequently, so I am glad that there is a shortcut.

It should also be added to the Keyboard help and keyboard.txt file:
