+Archives are not opened when TC is running

Post by *ThiefMaster »

I have assigned TC as the default handler for archive files, i.e. I have F:\wincmd\TOTALCMD.EXE "%1" assigned for them.

However, since one of the latest betas I noticed strange behaviour when TC is already running and I open such a file from somewhere else (e.g. doubleclicking it on the desktop or in the firefox download window): TC selects the file in the left panel but it still displays the containing folder instead of "entering" the archive.

When TC wasn't already running everything works fine though.

Probably it is linked to recent addition that allow to jump to archive file w/o entering it which may be enabled using /A command line option (and it should enter archives normally w/o /A switch).

"D:\Program Files\TotalCommander\TOTALCMD64.EXE" "%1" /O /T
