bug directories names in chinese when opening ubcd529.iso

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Total Commander cannot open iso files by itself, so it seems to be a bug in the used plugin. Which plugin do you use? There are several ISO plugins, and one of the 7zip plugins also handles ISO.

TC cannot open ISO files out of the box.
This is probably ISO plugin bug, not TC.
Total7zip can open this file properly.

There are several ISO plugins [1] [2] but they can only read ISO9660, but not ISO9660:1999 or UDF standards. They can open the ISO files but show some nonsense file names. Sad, but true. I'm not sure about the Total7zip plugin, though.
