minor aesthetic bug in file list view

This is a very minor bug but a little bit annoying:

I adjusted the last column of file list view so that the file data/time column aligned to the right end of window. However when there are more files in folder so scrollbar appears, the scrollbar will take some space and block part of file time. I can adjust the width of last column to avoid this, but there will be empty space in the view that without scrollbar.

I think the scrollbar should "push" the file list columns instead take the space in the right end.

I disagree, this would break the widths of other columns.
