Missing icon

Hi

Conditions of the bug:
- .html and .htm files associated with non-existed icon "FirefoxHTML\DefaultIcon".
- .html and .htm files located at different panels.

Result:
On TC start icon of one file is missing.

Hmm, strange, never had this problem. I will try to reproduce it with your registry settings.
