ALT+F7 does nothing

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

ALT+F7 does nothing

I found that ALT+F7 doesn't work (I mean pressing that keys, I can still access it by mouse). But ALT+SHIFT+F7 is working. Versions 8.01 and 8.51a.

If this is not a bug please where to look for, how to trace it? Thanks

Search for Hotkey Explorer here in the forum to find out which program has registered Alt+F7.
