Display directory size (like in DISK NAVIGATOR)

Post by *gang65 »

Hi.
What do You think about this idea ? :

When You press F3 on directory, it will display current size of all files in this directory ( in the task bar ).

I saw this idea in Disk Navigator (under Dos  ) but I think it will be very useful patch to Total Commander.

What do You think ?
It is hard to implement it ?

Have you ever tried to press CTRL-Q (Quickview) on a directory ? ;)

Press SPACE on a folder and the word <DIR> will be replaced by the size of that folder and its subfolders.

Press ALT-SHIFT-ENTER, and the sizes of all folders will be shown that same way.

gang65,
And then there's also Ctrl-L...

BTW: That was Dos Navigator, not Disk Navigator.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
