FTP: Missing overwrite dialog at F5 and file name encoding

Not sure if already reported.

TC 8.51a: If I have a local file with non-standard letters (like עִבְרִית.txt) and copy it to a remote FTP server the file name will become mojibake w.r.t. to current code page. If I then update the local file and copy it again to the FTP server I do not get the overwrite dialog (as expected for file names containing standard letters only).

Ctrl+F - Edit connection - Encoding

Default encoding, I guess: Auto-detect (UTF-8 if possible).
