Command to add dirs for copying/moving with transfermanager?

I've looked at the available commands (under options -> misc. ) and couldn't find a command that adds e.g. a dir to be copied through the transfer manager (in stead of using the mouse and click the "+"-button and then select move or copy in the transfer manager).

Does such a command exist?
