Appeared in the middle of a 'copy file' operation. Files were dragged from one panel to another with the mouse. Local disk.
Update: it seems the crash appeared AT THE VERY END of the Copy operation because the files are all there.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Unfortunately the error doesn't seem to happen within TC itself - the last function in TC is StdWndProc. Do you use any third party tools which show extra buttons or so in other apps (e.g. the title bar)?
