Change file attributes : no error messages issued

Hello,

Changing file attributes : if the operation requires administrator mode and Total Commander is not in this mode, then no error message is issued, the file attributes are not changed, so the user does not understand anything.

Sorry, change attributes does not support admin mode.

But what about some error message? E.g. "Error setting attribute. Retry, Skip all, Cancel"...
