First, I'm sorry about my english writing ability.
In TC, undefined(non-basic) unicode file name view blank.
and I can change blank to clear.(because I want to use acdsee or extract tool(exception window explorer).)
However, if files is mass, changing is very slow and hard.
then I try multi-rename tool.
In Multi-Rename Tool, unicode file name is expressed '?'.
1. Checked RegEx.
2. Search for: [?]
3. Replace with : <Clear>
I saw new name tab. I think that that's ok. '?' changed 'clear'.
But, when I click Start button, tc view message "Error, could not rename the files shown in bold!".
any other method?
Does TC supports Unicode file using multi-rename tool?

What do you mean with undefined unicode names? If they are shown as ???, this means that the characters aren't part of the current font (usually Microsoft Sans Serif). You can choose a different font for the file list in Configuration - Options - Font.

Indeed the multi-rename tool is currently ANSI only. Therefore it only supports names from the current locale.
