I'm copying an audiobook to the usb MP3 player using F5 in TotalCommander. Files are named 001.mp3, 002.mp3 etc. I see in the progress bar that files are copied in some exotic order (e.g. 045.mp3, 012.mp3, 075.mp3). When finished, I press play… and player plays my book in the order the files have been copied.
Is it possible to force the TotalCommander to copy files sorted by name?

Files selected by you are copied in displayed order. Files in subdirectories are copied according INI setting:
So try to set SubdirCopyOrder parameter in [Configuration] section of wincmd.ini to 0 or 5 and restart TC.TOTALCMD.chm section 4.b wrote:SubdirCopyOrder=4
Order in which files in subdirs are copied:
4: Unsorted
0..3: Ascending by name, ext, size, date/time
-1..-4: Descending by name, ext, size, date/time
5: The same as in the active panel (no custom columns or add. sort orders)
