Is there a way to force Universal Viewer to always open in use Fit a Single Page mode?

SumatraPDF program -- does that work with DOC files too? Because in 64 bit Windows 8.1, doc files also open very big, not fit to page.

Well, it's definitely true for Pro version, but free version triggered my K-Lite codecs perfectly.

Could anyone please be so kind to explain how to integrate Universal Viewer with Total Commander?

I mean, this viewer supports a whole bunch of files - great. I downloaded a portable version of it, unpacked it. Now I would like Total Commander to use Universal Viewer instead of standard Lister. I'd appreciate any help and pointers

Hi,

Simple suggestion: I'm using plugin with a PORTABLE Total Commander. When I use a multimonitor computer, the position of the last window can change out of the screen when I return to a simple monitor computer.

I need to edit "manually" ViewerHistory.ini and change these entries:

Code: Select all

Left=0
Top=0

Please, can you introduce an option to always reset these values when you exit; or reset these values if they are out of the current screen when the program starts?

I tried latest Universal Viewer Pro and it is crashed in 2 cases:
1. With Excel (xlsx): Simple file with fomular Sum(A2:A3) Crashed message box:

---------------------------


2. With Word (.docx) include TextBox at center of page with message box

Cannot load file: "D:\Documents\Working\Weekly Report\QuickGuide.docx"

When I run with Free version + ulister then it shows OK.

Is it possible using Universal Viewer to highlight PART of an image (such as .png), and then copy just the highlighted portion to clipboard?

Only if you install a plugin like Imagine, that has this ability. http://www.nyam.pe.kr/dev/imagine/

You can achieve the same with "Imagine" standalone or graphic viewer eg. Irfan View http://www.irfanview.com or XnView http://www.xnview.com/en/
